Which games use VTF texture files?

Any game built on Valve's Source Engine uses VTF files: Half-Life 2 and its episodes, Counter-Strike: Source and CS:GO (which still stores legacy textures as VTF), Team Fortress 2, Portal 1 and 2, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Garry's Mod, and many Source-based mods.
