Does the PDF show all sheets in the workbook?

By default, all visible sheets are converted and included in the PDF as separate pages. Hidden sheets are skipped. If you only want specific sheets, hide the others in Excel before uploading, or use Total Excel Converter (desktop) which lets you specify sheet selection per job.

Will my charts and graphs appear in the PDF?

Yes. Charts embedded in the spreadsheet are rendered as static images in the PDF at the same position and size they occupy in the workbook. Chart interactivity (hover tooltips, drill-down) is not applicable in PDF format.

The columns are cut off in the PDF — what can I do?

This usually means the print area in your workbook is wider than the page size. In Excel, go to Page Layout > Scale to Fit and reduce the width to 1 page, or set Orientation to Landscape. Save the file and re-upload.

Can I convert XLS files too, or only XLSX?

Both are accepted. XLS is the older Excel 97-2003 binary format; XLSX is the modern XML-based format. Upload either and the converter will handle it.

Are formulas converted or just the displayed values?

The PDF captures the displayed cell values — what you see on screen. Formulas are not included because PDF does not support spreadsheet computation. Recipients see the results, not the underlying formulas.

Is there a file size limit?

The online converter handles files up to 50 MB. Large workbooks with many embedded images or charts may exceed this. In that case, use Total Excel Converter (desktop), which processes files of any size.
